The RN89-ACAI leverages its floor-standing footprint for enhanced internal airflow, optimizing R290 cooling efficiency. Its integrated hopper agitator ensures consistent temperature and texture throughout the base, preventing separation. This superior heat exchange maintains firm, velvety Acai even during peak hours, handling high-viscosity plant-based ingredients with exceptional speed.

Mix Hopper
Two, 2x 10L. Simplified air tube or air pump delivers the precise amount of air and mix to the freezing cylinders, and reduces operator parts. Separate hopper refrigeration maintains a mix below 41°F (5°C) during Auto and Standby modes. 

Freezing Cylinder
Two,  2x 2.1L

Indicator Lights
Mix Low light alerts operator to add mix. The audible alarm may be enabled to sound when the mix is low. When the Mix Out light flashes, the machine shuts down automatically to prevent damage.

Standby
During long no-use periods, the standby feature maintains safe product temperatures in the mix hopper and freezing cylinder. 

Door Interlock System
Protects the operator from injury as the beater will not operate without the dispensing door in place.
