Today, we will be testing the JINGLING SC91 countertop soft ice cream machine, which is by BERRY BROTHERS ACAI soft serve powder. This powder mix is prefect for use with the SC91 machine. And package 2.5kg of powder mix, which when combined with 8L of water, produces approximately 10L of liquid. Leave it for about 15 minutes so that it can be fully mixed in.Then pour the mix into the ice cream machine hopper and install the hopper agitator. Press the production button to start making ACAI soft serve ice cream.You will see the BERRY BROTHERS ACAI soft serve ice cream perfect of the SC91, and we have set the machine hardness to H09.
