Natural Acai is typically acidic and contains very little fat, which creates specific wear patterns on the feeding mechanism.
Technical Warning: Based on long-term field data, we do not recommend using an Air Pump for authentic Acai products.


The acidity and low fat content of Acai accelerate the wear on the pump gears, requiring new gear replacements every 3 to 4 months. As gears are consumable components, they must be replaced with new parts once worn. Therefore, the RN601-ACAI is optimized for the Gravity-Feed system, which provides the highest durability and lowest maintenance cost for Acai operations.
