Prior to pouring the ACAI mix, it is essential to clean the cool water machine hopper and cylinder. Then install the hopper agitator and pour the 5L ACAI mix and 5L MEC3 Vanilla mix into each of the hoppers. Next, install the gravity tube, press the production button and close the hopper lid with the machine top cover. The machine will indicate that the ice cream is ready for output after 7-9 minutes. The video shows the output of the ACAI soft ice cream (90g/cup) after a 150-second capacity inspection.
